PDS760-13 is a Diodes Incorporated surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifier designed for low-voltage rectification, freewheeling, polarity protection and high-frequency power conversion circuits. With 60V repetitive reverse voltage, 7A average rectified output current, low forward voltage, 275A surge current and PowerDI5 package, it is suitable for compact DC/DC converters, power adapters, auxiliary power rails, industrial control boards, consumer electronics and general high-efficiency rectifier positions.
