AL6562AS-13 is a Diodes Incorporated transition-mode power factor correction controller designed for offline LED driver circuits, single-stage LED power supplies and boost PFC front-end designs. It uses current-mode control and a transition-mode operating method to support high power factor, low harmonic distortion and efficient LED lighting power conversion. With 10.3V to 22V supply range, current-mode PFC control, transition-mode operation, SOIC-8 package and surface-mount assembly, it is suitable for LED lighting boards, AC/DC PFC pre-regulators, electronic single-stage LED drivers and compact offline power designs.
